New Years' Eve in Cala Millor

We had a very pleasant holiday of about 12 days. The apartment is cosy and clean and offers all the furniture for such long stays: AC, Washing machine, coffee machine, microwave... We have nothing to complain about and would strongly recommend the place. The owner was very welcoming and available for any needs. Moreover, it is a perfect place to enjoy the sea (just 30 metres walk) or the area around Artà for us was the most beautiful from a naturalistic point of view.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location! Just a short walk to the ocean and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and stores. Fantastic Host, Fantastic Property

The location is perfect- close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, shops. The property had everything we needed from kitchenware to a washing machine and Stefanie went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay and provided recommendations on things to do and see in Mallorca. Clean, quiet, peaceful and Stefanie is lovely!

Better options for the price

Host had us drive to her work to pickup Keys. There are fees outside of the app. No beach towels. Some lights didn’t work. Good location near beach but walls are thin and neighbors are loud.

Von uns (Vater und Sohn auf Roadtrip durch Mallorca) 6 Sterne! 1A in puncto Sauberkeit, ein sehr gut geschnittenes Appartment mit großzügig Platz für 2 Erw. 2 Kinder, und einer besseren Ausstattung wie vergleichbare Ferienwohnungen an der Ostsee. Und noch viel besser: Die Gastgeberin hat gleich von Anfang an für einen guten Kontakt gesorgt und uns mit Tipps und Beschreibungen hilfreich zur Seite gestanden. Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt in Cala Millor!

Die Ferienwohnung war einfach perfekt – sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Nähe zum Strand – in wenigen Minuten ist man direkt am Meer. Auch Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele sind schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Bietet alles was man braucht

Wir waren zu 2. Eine Woche dort und hatten die Wohnung im EG. Stefanie ist eine super Gastgeberin und hat für alle Wetterlagen und Wünsche passende Tipps für einen noch gelungenen Urlaub parat. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in Cala Millor und bietet alles was man für eine Woche Urlaub braucht. Einen kleiner negativpunkt für uns war allerdings die Heizung/Klimaanlage des Nachbarhauses. Diese war sehr laut und irgendetwas vibrierte bei der Anlage mit, was wiederum sehr im schlafzimmmer wiederhallte.

Stefanie ist eine super nette und sympathische Gastgeberin, die bei Fragen immer sofort geantwortet hat. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderbar sauber. Vor allem über die Dusche habe ich sehr gefreut, da Sauberkeit im Bad für mich ein wichtiger Punkt ist. Das Internet lief gut für den Privatverbrauch. Leider nur 2 ** wegen Baustellenbetrieb

Die kleine Wohnung ist geschickt eingerichtet und auch für Selbstversorger gut ausgestattet. Wer die Urbanisation Cala Millor kennt, weiß, warum es kein Foto mit Blick auf den Balkon gibt. 4 **** würden wir dafür geben.Im Jahr 2025 gibt es allerdings ein gravierendes Manko: eine Großbaustelle eines Hochhauskomplexes ca. 100 m entfernt mit durchgehendem Schwerlast- und Großgerätebetrieb ab ca. 7 Uhr und 7 Tage die Woche mit entsprechenden Lärm-, Schmutz- und Staubbelästigungen. Die Baustellenzu- und -abfahrt führt direkt am Balkon vorbei. Sollten die Bauarbeiten nicht in der Hauptsaison unterbrochen werden, wird der Betrieb voraussichtlich das ganze Jahr andauern.Die Reaktion der Gastgeberin auf unsere Beschwerden war uneinsichtig. Deshalb nur 2 **.

Appartement agréable et bien situé. Literie tres confortable. On entend les voisins comme souvent en Espagne. Pour les futurs locataires français, les frais de ménage de 65€ en espèces ne sont pas très evidents à lire sur le site Abritel. La plage est magnifique, c'est la plus belle de notre sejour !
