    In 2 minutes walk you are at the Mediterranean Sea and feel the sand between your toes. Spring climate until mid-December. (You are also welcome to have a look at our new object 2861206.)
    The apartment is in the heart of Cala Millor. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shopping, doctor / pharmacy can be reached in 2 minutes on foot.
    The apartment is furnished to a high standard.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung in Cala Millor.Die Lage ist perfekt-der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und auch Restaurant sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber,modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet,was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht.Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an die Stefani.Sie war unglaublich freundlich,hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.Man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt.Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Had a great time staying here, it's a very clean sweet apartment that felt safe. It's a little walk away from the beach and shops and you have Lidl 15 mins walk away. I found the additional cleaning fee a bit high and didn't pick it up on booking otherwise all good :)

Wundervoller Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!Die Ferienwohnung war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage und tolle Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location! Just a short walk to the ocean and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and stores. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Stefanie was an awesome host—very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt in Cala Millor!

Die Ferienwohnung war einfach perfekt – sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Nähe zum Strand – in wenigen Minuten ist man direkt am Meer. Auch Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele sind schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Die Wohnung hatte alles was man benötigt und die Lage war sehr praktisch. Außerdem war der Check-in und Check-out sehr angenehm für unsere Planung. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und bedanken uns bei Stefanie. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Gasgeberin hat uns nach der ersten Nacht erpresst, dass sie uns rausschmeisst, wenn wir nicht eine zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr bezahlen. Diese war ganz klar nicht deklariert im EXPEDIA Inserat, wo wir gebucht haben. auf einem anderen Inserat von einer anderen Plattform war das ersichtlich konnten wir aber nicht wissen. Sie weiss also nicht, wie ihr eigenes Inserat inseriert ist und zu welchen Bedingungen und erpresst dann die Leute in der Hochsaison mit rausschmeißen. im Badezimmer w“traffen wir ein paar Insekten an aber nichts schlimmes. Das kann passieren. Es hat aber tief schwarzen Schimmer bei ein paar Fugen und die Badezimmer Möbel haben Wasserschaden unten. Die Klimaanlage ist nur im Wohnzimmer. Somit ist es fast nicht möglich, das Schlafzimmer zu kühlen Wenn einem dies bewusst ist, ist das auch kein Problem. Ausserdem wird an der Eingangstür gesagt, wenn man die Klimaanlage zu viel benutzt muss man Strom nachzahlen. Dass sagt das spanische Recht und die EXPEDIA / vrbo regeln „Eine verpflichtende Reinigungsgebühr, die vor der Buchung nicht klar im Gesamtpreis ausgewiesen war, ist nicht zulässig. Ein versteckter Hinweis in den Hausregeln genügt nicht.“
