Would also not recommend coming early in the year unless your happy to stay in the hotel as everything is closed!! There was about 5 places to eat along the whole coast and nearby especially if walking, not very welcoming to black people either.
Cala Millor is full of hotels and quite touristy, but our hotel was in the best location and the layout was ideal for us with a small baby.
Beautiful promanade all on the flat and plenty of shops though cater mostly for Germans but we found a couple of English bars. Further along is Cala Bona which has plenty and more lively if you want that sort of thing.
Great safe family resort based area.
Fabulous resort. Lovely beach. Plenty of restaurants (though i’d give Gayma a miss!) and shops. Some experiences are expensive, but I guess that’s the same everywhere, as are the Spar shops, but venture out a bit and there are cheaper supermarkets
