"The photos of this small apartment in the pretty bay of Cala Morell are very flattering and far from reality. The paint on the floor is crumbling from damp, there's an awful smell of cat urine, wires are sticking out of the electricity meter, every other light bulb is out of order, the shower curtain is moldy, the garden furniture is almost non-existent and in a sorry state, and the paint on the table is crumbling .... In short, the apartment could be attractive if it were better maintained, but...

"This house is located in old town. Restaurants and shops are just footsteps away. The home is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen features every appliance, every kind of plates and glasses, lots of pots and pans. The dishwasher is practically silent while it is operation. The bedrooms are a comfortable size. The closets are generous. The washer and dryer are full size front loaders. The beds are comfortable. Lockbox check-in was a breeze. If you have young children your family will...

"Pros: The location was great. The size of the house was great too - family of 4 fitted in well. Cons: The place felt a bit tired. Cupboard handles missing, shower rose not fitting in holder. There was a lack of bbq utensils, no chopping board etc. so that made it harder when cooking at the place. It wouldn’t take much to fix it up."

"Pros: El anfitrion fue muy amable muy servicial y estuvo atento de absolutamente todo . La casa estaba super limpia , y no le faltaba un detalle . En el ultimo momento comentamos al anfitrion que uno de los habitamtes de la casa era un bebe y no dudo en facilitarnos , cuna , bañera , portatil y trona . Nos dejo pequeños detalles que se agradecen mucho."
