Bon logement

Logement spacieux et propre. La résidence est vraiment très très sympa et la plage de Son Parc vraiment magnifique. Fin avril Son Parc est très calme ( supérette, boulangerie, pizzeria et pharmacie quand même ouverte), ce qui nous procure l'impression d'avoir ce coin de paradis pour nous tout seuls. Et ce côté de Minorque plus sauvage est vraiment superbe. Seule critique : la communication avec l'agence très efficace mais aussi un peu inhumaine ( aucun arrangement possible pour avoir le code de la boîte à clé sans passer par leur lien internet à l'heure seulement du check in ce qui nous a un peu stressés, peur que notre réseau ne marche pas en arrivant la nuit) et aucune communication avec le propriétaire (nous n'avons pas l'habitude c'est déroutant). Sinon très bien. A 4 nous avons appréciés les 2 salles de bains et wc. Bon rapport qualité prix. Nous n'avons pas eu les problèmes d'odeurs mentionnées dans certains commentaires (nous avons pris soin d'aérer le logement un maximum pour éviter cela).

Location conforme au descriptif. Hôte arrangeant, avon pu prendre possession en avance de l appartement. Endroit tres calme et residence tres bien entretenu. Je conseil, sans probleme.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Son Parc ! La résidence est très agréable, bien fleurie avec un super piscine, elle est très bien entretenue. L’appartement était propre et bien rangé, avec l’essentiel. Nous étions 5 et c’était parfait, la terrasse est très agréable. Une plage se trouve à 10 min à pied à peu près. L’emplacement est idéal, il permet de visiter le nord de l’île qui est très sauvage, et avec de belles plages mais aussi l’ouest, le sud facilement. Pour les bémols, les salles de bains sentent un peu les égouts (surtout la petite salle de bain). Il n’y a as de grille pain. Nous recommandons ce logement qui a un très bon rapport qualité prix.
