「The breakfast and customer service is excellent I love it」

「The hotel itself was pretty, and the buffet was surprisingly excellent. There’s a putt putt course there, but they don’t even turn the lights on at night. So don’t plan on using it after the sunsets. The Mexican restaurant that you have to have a reservation for isn’t really worth the time or effort. 「Overall we had an amazing stay and this is a great base if you want to go Cala hopping/exploring this part of the island! With that being said, there were definitely some things about our stay that could have been improved upon. ROOMS: The rooms were very nice, spacious and clean. However our refrigerator did NOT work, and they didn’t come to fix it even after we asked. 「AMAZING Hotel! Great location to walk to nearby Cala Ferrera (front) and Cala Esmeralda (short 8 min walk). The food was buffet style; Breakfast 7:30-10:30, Lunch 1-3, Dinner 6:30-9:30. Pool Bar open from 10 am-6 pm and lobby bar open 6pm-12 am. Drinks were great! I got the all inclusive option so at times I would eat at the hotel and other times outside the hotel.
