"Sehr netter Vermieter, der sich jederzeit und sofort um alles gekümmert hat. Die Betten waren top! Alles soweit gut. Man könnte mal über neues Geschirr, Eierbecher und irgendwann über neue Gartenmöbel nachdenken ( nur die Sitzecke)"

"Nice quiet place, 10 minute walk to beach and restaurants. Lots of space, nice outside area for evening sangria. Quiet part of Can Picanfort with local feeling, not too busy and definetely no teeenagers - the busy part is further away - but still within a walking distance. Air conditioning was not very good - as it is not inside of all rooms but in stairs. Only one room has air conditioning inside."

"The place overall, We are are planning another stay in 2025 /adjuste all toilet seats verify that the code to the key box (gate) is correct , we had problems with wrong codes in arriving mail instructions"

"Das Ferienhaus hat wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, einen tollen Ausblick und auch sonst ist alles wie beschrieben. Das Haus besteht aus 2 seperaten Wohnungen, unten ist ein Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Küche und ein Badezimmer. Oben das gleiche nur mit 2 Schlafzimmern und großer Terrasse mit Gasgrill. Die Wohnungen sind sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen."

"Wunderschönes Haus mit sehr viel Platz, das Flair von Capdepera ist toll, dort kann man gut dem Tourismus entfliehen. Maria ist sehr nett und war für Fragen immer zu erreichen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns auch ein Kinderbett und Hochstuhl zu Verfügung gestellt. Wir werden aufjedenfall wiederkommen. "

"Loads of problems with the property itself including no heating for 4 days and nights in February. Filthy windows. This could be lovely, staff were pleasant and helpful, but sadly the company itself doesn’t seem to care about its guests from our experience. It took well over a month to finally get our deposit back. Everything was so wrong on so many levels. I won’t be booking with this company again."

"Great home with nice furnishings. The pool was maintained every morning. The view is great and the location is quiet with little light pollution. The owners have added powerful fans throughout the home to help with hot days. Remember to bring soap/shampoo and coffee for your stay, as these items typically are not supplied. We were greeted with a lovely basket of produce and a great bottle of wine. The owner also met us at the bottom of the hill to help find and tour the home."
