The Mediterranean vacation home is located in Cala Ratjada, close to the beach. This home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms, which can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning and a TV. The also offers a baby cot and a highchair at your request. Outside you can enjoy a glass of wine on the private terraces and the covered patio, relax in the garden with deck chairs or take a swim in the pool. You can further enjoy a barbeque. A supermarket is just a 7-minute walk from the property (500m). The nearest restaurant, is a 9-minute walk from the property (800m), a wider variety of restaurants are a 4-minute drive from the property (approx. 2km). The closest beach, Playa Son Moll, is only 130m away. If you wish to go surfing, a Surf School is a 38-minute drive from the property (40km). The Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 39-minute drive (46 km) away.

Das Haus ist sehr besonders, trotz der zentralen Lage hat man das Gefühl, von der Umgebung abgeschottet zu sein. Guillermo und Antonia sind tolle Gastgeber, wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten und eine wunderschöne Zeit.
