"Pros: The room was clean. The location is excellent: just a one-minute walk from a beautiful beach, with supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you might need nearby. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: We only had breakfast once(thanfully). The supposedly clean plates were filthy. "This is our 5th stay at this hotel. The best thing is tge staff, right from the receptionists to the cleaners and everyone in between, they are always smiling. The food is varies but lots of pork and fish. The swardfish is delicious. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. My only niggle is the sharp corners on the bathroom sink top that is very close to the door. I imagine a few people might have a bruise or two from bumping in to it it is perfectly situated overlooking the sea and the...

"We arrived at the property full of anticipation. When at reception desk, the lady who was working was extremely rude and unhelpful. Shrugged her shoulders when we asked if we could check in and we were stood in silence. Manager came. Couldn’t find a record of our booking even though I had the receipt. Didn’t know if we were all inclusive, even though we showed receipt. Told to go and eat whilst they sort our booking. Came back an hour later. Allowed to check in but hotel tried to charge us...
