「Check in experience is good as the staff is very responsible and speaks good English. The service is also flexible in providing early check in and late check out.
Sea view room is very cool too.
Housekeeping really brings the overall stay experience very mediocre, because:
1. the dishes and water glasses were not cleaned everyday. We stayed there 4 nites and have accumulated several dishes and glasses at the sink.
2. bed sheets were not made properly. 1st half is out of the mat...

「The check in process was smooth, the attendant was very attentive anr kind. However, The property needs some work, the jacuzzi doesnt have hot water as a jacuzzi should, temperature was cold. There are no towels around the jacuzzi unless you request them at the lobby prior to using the jacuzzi. The towels in the rooms had hairs in them, and some stains.
