「The view was breathtaking and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were extremely outdated and not fresh. The pillows were very flat with 1 per person. The bathroom was rusted and needed to be regrouted. The property was not maintained too well. It could be magnificent if taken care of properly.」

「We had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has many great facilities, especially the spa and gym, which were a real bonus. Our child absolutely loved the nursery, and there was a great selection of activities to keep them entertained. The lunch and dinner buffets were very good, with plenty of choice. However, after a longer stay, we felt the menus became quite repetitive. It would be nice to see a little more variety throughout the week, both at breakfast and during lunch...

「Clean room, friendly staff, and close to main area of the city. 10 mins walk from central train station. Everything was expected as described in Expedia. Wifi does need improvement. Signal was ok late night and day time when no one was using. However, it was extremely slow and occasionally no connection during morning and evening.」
