Spacious modern villa with gallery and heated pool

Spacious modern villa built to German standards with open-plan areas, kitchen, dining room, living room and gallery. Large covered terrace with sofas and dining table for 10-12 people. Tiled pool area with large heated (March-October) pool (11mx4m) exclusively for guests of the main house. In the house there are 2 further small residential units, each with its own entrance. Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle but still close to the sea (9 minutes by car) and one of the longest beach promenades in Spain.
Car park directly in front of the house. A large public pool of the Mas Romeu development is located diagonally opposite, approx. 150 metres away. Children's playground, basketball court, table tennis table, bowls courts also in the immediate vicinity on the other side of the road. Golf course in the immediate vicinity, approx. 5 minutes. Hiking and MTB trails directly starting from the house.

Great holiday

Lovely villa and as others have said, everything is top end in the house. The pool is wonderful and perfectly clean. Christof is very helpful and friendly and made us feel really welcome. He gave us great information about the local area, the villa is on a bus route to the main town. I would recommend a car as it’s needed. About 5 minutes in the car there is a Aldi and next store a great Chinese shop that sells everything. We had a relaxing 14 nights and it was perfect for us.

Très bon séjour

Très belle propriété, dans un emplacement sécurisé. La maison est très spacieuse avec 3 grandes chambres et 3 salles de bain une belle piscine. La cuisine est très grande avec beaucoup de vaisselle et accessoire. Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines. Les matériaux sont haut de gamme. Le seul point que nous pourrions reprocher c'est que nous n'avions pas été prévenu que dans le terrain de la propriété il y'avait une petite annexe ou réside le propriétaire. Néanmoins cela ne nous a pas gêné car nous conservions notre intimité.

Beautiful home set in a quiet neighbourhood in Calafell

The property I would say is even better in real life than the pictures suggest. It is a very high end property, with high end finishes, spotlessly clean and with every conceivable utensil (kitchen, bathroom) and soft furnishing you could ever want. It feels like a home. Pool and outside areas are outstanding. The bedrooms are large and spacious with mezzanine levels and extra beds up high for kids. My kids found it fun to be able to play up there (they are 9 & 11). I wouldn't recommend allowing young kids to play or sleep up in the higher zones given the ladders are quite steep and its high up. But that said, there are plenty of other beds and bedrooms. They are very well kept, clean, secure and freezing cold with crisp A/C if you want it. The bathrooms again are perfectly stocked with clean fresh towels, even soaps and toilet paper, electric bins etc. The floors and towel rails are heated also if you want that. Very high end. The house is beautiful, but note the main area of house (entrance, dining, living room, kitchen etc) has no A/C and for us, we found it very hot during our stay in July, but to be fair, it was unusually hot outside due to European heatwave (mid 30's vs normal late 20's). There are also lots of electric shutters, doors and windows everywhere you can open to let air in. There is also in incredible gym. Christof the host is an amazing guy, friendly, helpful and speaks several languages perfectly. Thanks for everything.
