From the Rodes Lux apartment, you can enjoy privileged views of the Mediterranean Sea from both the large living-dining room and the spacious terrace. The feeling is unique: like being on the bow of a ship, surrounded by the sea and tranquility, but with all the comforts of home.
Located on the upper floors of the beachfront, it offers a sense of peace and tranquility, in addition to the incredible sea and mountain views.
The apartment stands out for its generous size, providing a comfortable and welcoming space to relax during your stay. It also features a fireplace, an elegant detail that adds a distinguished and special touch to the ambiance.
It is located in a quiet, safe, and family-friendly residential area, just a few meters from the marina and all the leisure and dining options. A pleasant café and ice cream shop are located on the ground floor of the building. The building also features communal showers so you can freshen up after returning from the beach without bringing sand back to the apartment, as well as private parking within the building.
The apartment is located in Segur de Calafell, a relaxed, family-friendly residential area with all kinds of amenities nearby: cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, ice cream shops, and cinemas. The train station is just a 5-minute walk away.
The beach, located a mere 30 meters away, has fine sand and shallow waters, ideal for families with children. The promenade connects to Vilanova i la Geltrú to the north and Torredembarra to the south, perfect for strolling, playing sports, or enjoying the coast by bike.
Furthermore, Segur de Calafell is an excellent base for exploring the area: Barcelona is only 50 km away (approximately 1 hour by train), Tarragona is 30 minutes away, and PortAventura is about 40 minutes away. You can also enjoy a wealth of nearby cultural attractions, such as the Iberian Citadel of Calafell or the Pau Casals House Museum in Sant Salvador.
