“Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. "Whenever I travel to Manila for business, this hotel has always been my first choice. However, my most recent stay was quite disappointing. While I can accept that the facilities are getting old, the air conditioner was leaking water throughout the room during my stay. The floor became slippery, and I almost fell because of it. I have stayed here many times in the past and have always had a good experience, which makes this situation even more disappointing. Unfortunately, for my next business trip to Manila, I will probably consider staying at a different hotel. I hope the hotel management can address these maintenance issues and improve the guest experience."
