Seaside residence in Tuscany with swimming pool, within a natural park,

"Gianfranco was an excellent host. He and his lovely daughter told us all about places to visit in the surrounding area and helped us with things like getting a taxi. The apartment had water and a bottle of wine in the fridge, as well as pasta ingredients. It was a nice gesture that made us feel welcome. The apartment was just the right size for our family. Waste sorting was also well organized. The pool area was very beautiful, and you could buy food and drinks there. There was a nice free beach right next to it. It was wonderful to watch the sunset on the beach. All the amenities (bakery, grocery store, café, restaurants, ice cream shop, trampolines) were right near the apartment. The bus to Livorno and Pisa stopped right next to the apartment. Thank you so much—we’ll be back :)"

"Eine schöne, große Wohnung mit zwei Terrassen und Garten. Für alle Gäste die die Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock nicht gut zu Fuß erreichen können, ist in der Wohnung ein kleiner Aufzug vorhanden. Zur Wohnung gehört ein privater Parkplatz der sich auf einem eingezäunten, abgeschlossenem Gelände der gut gepflegten Wohnanlage befindet, zu dem nur die Bewohner und Gäste Zugang haben. Ein schöner, großer, freier Sandstrand lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wer lieber Sonnenliegen mieten möchte, findet Angebote die zu Fuß gut erreichbar sind. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls fußnah zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos. Ebenfalls der Check in und Check out. Ein kleines Manko für uns waren nur die Flugbewegungen zum Flugplatz in Pisa die aber in der Wohnung selber, bei geschlossenen Fenstern, kaum zu hören sind."

"I had a wonderful two weeks at Roberto’s property. It was very clean, close to the beach, quiet, and secure parking. There’s a well stocked supermarket one block away, and a gelateria right across the street. The Livorno-Pisa-Florence autostrada is about 2 miles away, which makes touring very easy. Highly recommend."

"This hotel has the best bedrooms I’ve ever stayed in a hotel. They were huge with every facility required, fridge, hairdryer, toiletries etc. The reception and restaurant staff at the hotel were brilliant, friendly, helpful and attentive. We ate evening meal a couple of times and the food is really good and good value. Could not fault the place."
