「When we arrived someone met us at the door and took us up to the flat. She showed us how everything worked, but spoke absolutely no English, so we relied heavily on Google translate.The apartment was filthy. Floors were dirty, sticky in places. Mirrors and windows hadn’t been cleaned. Showers had soap scum on the walls. Walls were dirty and scuffed. We called VRBO and they sent someone to clean, but they even did a poor job.
