「Room was clean, AC worked well, comfy bed, and shower works well. Late checkin was easy, and the price offers good value. Only thing you have to keep in mind is the place is right by the main road and so there is a lot of noise, however if you have been in India for a while you will be used to the noise. The fan and AC helps mute it a little. This is an ideal place to stay if you arrive late to airport, and on your way to a Goa beach resort next day. Nothing around, so not ideal for longer stay.」

「First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle.
