「This is an exceptional boutique hotel, simply one of the best stays we have had ever. A lovely property, each room (and we stayed in a couple) is distinct. All modern amenities, beautifully renovated property in Goa-Portugese style gives the feeling of an opulent home. What makes it exceptional is the service - the team are faultless, were there for our every need - need something off the menu? another towel? a pen? print something? arrange a taxi? provide local guidance? eat early? eat late?...

「A real hidden gem in Goa, three location is perfect, only 5 minutes walk from the beach where there are plenty of chilled beach shacks serving reasonably priced good and drinks, but the hotel is far enough away that it's totally peaceful at night and is very secure with a guard on duty 24/7. 「This now being my 4th stay, that probably speaks volumes. On this occasion due to travel issues at Dubai airport, i arrived 13 hours late, with no luggage as it had been delayed in Dubai. I assisted in purchasing some new cloths so i had freash clothes for the morning, while i was doing that my favourite meal had been made for my supper Thanks guys for making my late arrival as easy as possible. 」
