Please dont go by the images. If you are planning to stay in 4/5 star book the known brand. swimming pool is like a dirty pond. They have pathetic rooms. Mattress were worn out and in bad condition. I have learnt it hard way.

The reception desk is the worst I have experienced so far. Not only they are unable to help, but they will not make any effort to facilitate your stay in Goa. Luckily the staff for the rooms and restaurant tries to compensate.

Some niggles but excellent location and value.

The hotel itself is clean and pleasant, with good access to the beach and a nice pool- although loungers would have been nice. The staff were very attentive and friendly, even when there were language barriers. Unfortunately, the poor build quality of the roomms meant there were gaps around the doors- so the air con was nowhere near a decent efficiency. Power cuts were an issue constantly, and the wi fi is both slow and difficult to connect to. The restaurant and bar were excellent and the staff extremely attentive.

Worst property under the charges. Basic amenities like wifi doesn’t work. Condition of rooms are pathetic. Old rusty furniture. Uncomfortable bed. Mosquitoes all around. Worst quality of washrooms. It doesn’t qualify for even a 3 star property. You can get a 5star property in goa at the same price.

The hotel was really nice and staff was friendly but bit loose on promptness. The restaurant also serves really great food!! My only complain with the place is the internet connection, it says free wi-fi but there is barely any connection… Otherwise the area around the hotel is amazing, very close to the beach and the beach is also very nice and clean and quiet compared to others. Overall, good stay!

On the good side was the buffet breakfast and food in general. The live music was also very good. The downside was as follows: Regular power outages, Strange pool rules of unable to wear cotton and hair having to be tied back, The toxic mosquito spraying in the pool area one afternoon with many in and around the pool having to breath that crap in & average house keeping not having toilet paper in the rooms upon arrival.

The front staff are not so welcoming. The reception team are not so understanding and helping but the housekeeping and restaurant staffs are the best. The House keeping person Mr. Ram did his work excellently, cleaned the room so nicely. The place is very near to beach and it is mainly family crowd so we enjoyed a lot. the location is excellent.

Overall the stay was below our expectation.. bathroom cleanliness was a big problem. Commode was leaking when flushed and overall hygiene was not maintained. Wifi was a big problem, there is no coverage for Airtel and hotel wifi was so bad that you cannot even make a voice call. The good points were location, accessibility to the beach, breakfast and staff behaviour Overall it’s a two star for me.

The resort was so terrible we left after 30 minutes of being there. The internet was so bad that a basic, webpage/application wouldn't load on my cellphone. When asked to troubleshoot they brushed us off. I stressed that I had to work remotely but they didn't seem to care. The property is NOT beachfront as described. The staff wasn't accommodating. I requested a refund but did not get one. Not up to standard. DO NOT waste your money on this "resort". There are cheaper and better options available nearby.

I booked a standard room and it was the Worst room I’ve ever booked in my years on Expedia. After night one they moved me to a “family” room which was much better. The pool is really nice but can be loud at times. This is a family hotel so avoid rooms at the pool unless you like loud noise. The service staff is outstanding I must say. Can’t say that about the management. This was not an inexpensive stay either. For the money your better off at some of the other locations like Bloom.
