"Excellent location, pleasant lobby, helpful staff and clean well-maintained rooms — but the rooms are very small. There’s barely space for belongings, and our double bed was against one wall so hard to get in or out. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. Nice Italian restaurant too. "

"Clean room. Staff not very helpful. I used a walking stick and was trying to push 2 luggages at the lobby. The staff saw but did not come to assist me. "

The housekeeping was done carefully, and the overall environment felt fresh and welcoming. The staff were also very polite and helpful throughout our stay. Even with some language differences, they tried their best to assist us and made the check-in and check-out process smooth. Their friendly attitude really added to the overall experience."
