If you can stay here. Just do it. Closest hotel to universal studios Japan. 2-3 minutes from door to gate. We loved this place. Lawsons right down stairs. Restaurant all around the hotel. Train station 2 minutes walk from the hotel. It’s a little small for 2 adults and 2 small kids. But it was our fault not to get more beds. Staff was friendly too.

Booked this hotel because of how close it is to the park. Got the superior family room with the view of USJ. Room is decent but my god the beds were horrible. Like bad. You’d think a nice hotel would have an ok mattress.. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels around Japan and this was the worst. Also their wifi was trash. So just a heads up if you’re thinking about booking this beautiful hotel. And don’t bother with the breakfast buffet. I pre purchased for the 3 nights I was there and it was very mid. You can eat better at the Lawson right beside it.

Loved that the property is directly in front of Universal Studios Japan park entrance, in the middle of Universal Citywalk and right next to the train station! Convenient all around and has everything you are looking for. Staff was extremely nice and helpful for everything we needed. And rooms are spacious compared to other Japan hotels. Truly great stay!
