Great location . Close to train station. Walking to other subway stations are easy. Shopping stores everywhere. The only complaint I have was the walls between guest room not soundproof. I can hear my next door neighbor talking the whole night.

Loved the location, rooms and the lounge. English speaking staff were readily available in all areas. Check in and Check out was a smooth process. We booked the Granvia Floor rooms, absolutely worth it as a whole. The interior furniture and furnishing was a delight; the rooms and overall environment was also very quiet! The Lounge was honestly a surprise by the drinks and some goodies to snack on. Housekeeping staff was also very attentive, helpful and conversational. Well equipped and a lot of amenities. I've previously also stayed in 2 other hotels in the immediate area and easily would come back to Granvia. Lookout for the vouchers they give you when you check in for discount at Granvia's own restaurants!
