Nothing to complain other than the air quality is rather stuffy in the room. And for some reason the only large window in the room was hard to open. We booked a room with two beds, they were rather small to fit our family of 4. My son and I woke up each morning coaching and sneezing. We get better once we leave the room. But the other amenities make up for this. The late night free ramen, popsicle, hot spring. Staff were all very friendly and nice even they know some English only.

客室は、お手洗いやベッド上ライトのあたりなどほこりが目につきました。また、ティッシュペーパーはテレビの左端にご用意がありましたが、テレビ台と段差があり下に隠れている形で翌朝まで気づかなかったので手持ち分を使用、せっかくご用意があるのだから、場所がわかりやすいほうがよいように思います。 手荷物を置ける場所とタオルをかける場所が少ないので、手荷物を置ける折りたためる台(トランクの場合は折りたたんで立てかけておけるように)、タオルを干せる場所（温泉には部屋からタオルを持っていかなければならないため、干して翌朝も使えるように）を設けていただけたら助かります。 コンセントがたくさんつなげて、温泉につかれて、湯上がりにお水とアイスがいただけて、従業員さんのチェックイン＆アウト時のご挨拶もよかったのですが、夜中外がうるさく何度か起きてしまったので、お部屋によっては休めないかも？ 空調の効果抜群で、暖房で部屋がかなり乾燥していたので、次回は保湿剤を持参したほうがよさそうです。 また、テレビでホテル案内をみるとき、リモコンでなかなか左右に操作できず使いづらかったでず。テレビ番組は番組表から問題なく選べたので電池切れではないようですが、初めて利用する者としては案内が選べずやさしくないなぁと思ってしまいました。

Good price, good location. Room cleaned everyday (option for this) and spacey enough (18 sqm), can leave heater on when leaving the room too. Onsen is nice, with everything you need there, including lotions. Elevators are fast. Streets are a bit busy at night but otherwise no complaints.

The amenities sold me. Everything was clean, worked, free laundry, coffee, tea, desserts, soup at night. The spa was awesome! The breakfast was more expensive then other hotels but worth the $15 USD for the premium selection. For me, most activities were walkable. I felt safe always. The downside, it's in a noisy area, bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper and the pillows were horrible and no English stations on the TV that I could find. The wifi worked good, you don't need toiletries, they provide them. Laye checkout is offered for a reasonable fee too, as late as 2pm!
