Hotel Okura is beautiful. I loved my view of the harbor from my room with the sparkling waters every morning. The location is very central to some popular tourist attractions including Meriken Park and it was very easy to get around on foot. We were able to visit the shopping malls nearby -- no more than 15 minutes away from the hotel. There are beautiful views very close by the hotel. The staff was very kind and pleasant. The room was clean and well maintained. I would stay here agin.

This hotel was fantastic, close to everything with friendly staff and helpful. Fantastic that they have a free shuttle bus too and free use of washing machines

This hotel is in great location in Kobe’s harbour front. The city loop bus stops right in front of hotel so easy to get around and tour the city! Rooms spacious but a bit dated. Rooms were comfortable and has gorgeous views! Very clean hotel but didn’t enjoy the restaurant.

What a great central location. Right at Merican Park in Kobe, you get to see the night lights and it’s easy to get to shopping and food

I have stayed at the Hotel Okura Kobe many times and highly recommend it when traveling to Kobe or the Kansai Area generally. Excellent service and excellent breakfast.

Hotel Okura Kobe was an excellent choice for the trip to Kobe. The hotel was top level, spacious rooms, outstanding amenities, including state-of-the art gym, swimming pool with marked lanes, powerful jacuzzi, hot and cold water tubs in spa area, delicious cuisine, impeccable service and staff. It is highly recommended!
