「The general hardware of the hotel is good. I dislike most is the confusing check-in and check-out time information I received from the hotel and Expedia. In the information I got from Expedia, both the check-in time 3 pm and 5 pm and check-out time 10 am and 11 am appeared. When my wife and I checked in at the hotel, the front desk indicated that the check-in time was 3 pm and check-out time was 11 am. On my last day, the front desk informed me that the check-out time was 10 am, not 11 am. To me...

「It was probably best choice I made as really close to Nara park with all deer that can be polite but scary at same time. Worth the experience. I want say the traditional style was amazing be prepared as all stairs . Amenities like private bath traditional style ice machine on fist floor and massage chairs. And when you check out want explore can leave luggage in massage chair room until ready go next destination. I high recommend and come back.」

「A small inn ran by an old couple; I didn't see much of the husband, he seemed to be busy doing various tasks around the property. The wife was a kind lady, who will help you easily if you need it, she also has a decent grasp of English so you shouldn't need much google translate, especially if you know a bit if Japanese yourself. 」

「We like the private onsen compartments for family use. We hope that the hotel can further improve their service by sending emails to customers 2 days before the booking about the hotel shuttle, so that the customers would know how to contact and arrange for shuttle bus to the hotel and where to wait for the shuttle to pick them up when they arrive at the bus stations, carrying heavy baggage.」
