"This is great Hotel, very close to the train station, Universal studios is 5 min walk, perfect after a long day of having fun. Staff very welcoming & speak English. Room service is great. Only issue we had is the bag transport service they provided did not deliver our bags to Tokyo at the time originally provided which caused us to have a full day waisted. We will definitely stay here again."

"I don't know if they remembered my extra pillow request from the last time I stayed with them or if they automatically give you one. Either way it felt very thoughtful. Breakfast was above average. Worth the money."

"My favourite hotel of my trip so far. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a train station directly beside the hotel, which made getting around very convenient. Similarly, there was a 7/11 also right beside the hotel, which was nice. The only comment I have is that there wasn’t an easily accessible microwave. You either had to go down to the store next door to heat up your food, or go down to the front desk to ask them to do it. Other than that, greatly enjoyed this hotel. Would definitely stay again! "

"We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near both Umeda Station and Osaka Station, making it easy to get around. The room was a decent size, the amenities were excellent, and the daily cleaning service was consistently great. We did have to pick up the iron and ironing board from the reception, but that was a minor inconvenience. One drawback is that the hotel has only one restaurant, which is open only for a buffet breakfast. Unfortunately, there’s no option for a non-buffet breakfast, and the restaurant is not open for lunch or dinner. We spent three nights here as a couple and were extremely satisfied overall. The front desk staff were pleasant, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. "
