「Staff is polite, nice and supportive. This is the second time for me to stay here. Superb location, lawson and sushi downstairs, plus a lot of restaurant in Namba Park which is 3 mins walk. So close to Nankai Train Station that it is very convenient upon your departure and arrival... If to criticize, the basin tap is a bit dirty and torn.」

「我入住時間非常晚，次天又一早離開，基本上沒有使用酒店內的設施。不過，這酒店提供接送服務，這點很好。即使我未能使用其早上的送車服務，酒店職員還是為我安排了的士(TAXI)，讓我準時到達機場。另外，這酒店的房間很大，地氈好像是新鋪的。」

「Very spacious and clean hotel, breakfast is very good also, you will get more than what you paid for, only that the airport shuttle only runs in the morning but my flight leaves at night, good thing is the rail station close enough to the hotel and only 2 stops from the airport, I highly recommend.」

「一樓有整面的漫畫，齊全完整，浴場乾淨，熱水溫度較其他有浴場的飯店高，很能消除疲累。房間地板是木頭地板，有區分拖鞋區，提供外出拖鞋方便泡澡，房間內有6衣架，很好吊掛衣服。服務人員親切友善。很值得推薦！」
