Stayed for four nights at Zentis. About a 10min walk from Osaka station. Very clean and well present rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. Staff very friendly and accessible. Would stay here again.

Such a mellow vibe and beautiful property. Enjoyed coming back every evening. We did an adjacent corner which was perfect with the shared door to the hallway and individual doors to the rooms -- like we had a little foyer!

The room was excellent, clean, and quite a decent size considering the area. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, and I truly enjoyed having this spot to rest after a long day of exploring Osaka. Was close to the major train lines and was easy to get basically anywhere. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Osaka.

In property laundry room was a life saver for us. Bar on 2nd floor, all of bartenders were very friendly and attentive. Really felt like an oasis in the city. I would definitely revisit Zentis Osaka for the next trip.
