The hotel staff were accommodating and kind. They informed me every morning if the breakfast items were safe for my son who has nut allergies. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is near namba within walking distances. However only 1 service lift. Unfortunately non smoking rooms were booked out. Got the smoking room and expected it stinked badly and the carpets were dirty. Room were small not enough to open 2 luggages. Toilet was small too but functional. Simple free breakfast provided for all so it gets busy..

朝食会場が狭いと感じました。無料なので仕方ないですが、品数もあまり多くなく人も多いのでサッと食べて席を立つ感じでした。スタッフの皆さんは優しくて良かったです。なんば駅から10分ほどで、大通り沿いなので迷うことはありませんでした。近くにコンビニもあって便利です。

難波からは近くて便利心斎橋、アメ村などで遊ぶには少し距離があり、ラリーは歩数を要します！だけど朝食も最高で、楽しい旅行になりました！
