Holiday Home "Sottotorre 3" close to the Sea with Private Garden & A/C

Located in Calasetta, the holiday home "Sottotorre 3" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.

Your private outdoor area includes a garden, 2 covered terraces, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

The property is located in a quiet area 10 minutes from the city centre, where you will find all essential services and restaurants. Furthermore, the beach Spiaggia di Sottotorre can be reached in 15 minutes on foot and you can take a ferry to visit San Pietro Island.

A parking space is available on the property. Wi-Fi is not available, smoking and pets are not allowed. Please respect the nightly resting hours. This property has recycling rules, more information is provided on-site.
