"Excellent staff,very friendly! Mia at the front desk was Awesome! We arrived & wanted to book a shuttle to the stadium & she took the time to come and help us. When we checked out she was the one that helped us again. Customer service is few and far between these days and Mia certainly made our stay memorable! It being our first time to Miami. Will certainly be back to stay at your hotel again. Staff very friendly at uour front desk & dining area as well. Location was near everything we needed. Hotel was clean, fresh and had a really good night sleep with your comfy bed.
