“We have just returned from a three night stay in this cottage in Grassington. The location is ideal and all pubs, cafes and shops are within walking distance. There are some lovely walks nearby, the area is one of outstanding natural beauty and the cottage has private parking. It should be noted that the filming of All Creatures Great and Small does disrupt the flow of people and traffic in the village but this happens just twice a year. The cottage itself is nicely presented but there is not so……

“Amazing stay, with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and en-suite. The lodge is detached from a large house but there is dedicated access and the location is perfect! Just round the corner from Heaton Park, which is a lovely bonus. If you want some autonomy and the ability to cook, this is fantastic, one of the best stays I have had and I travel a lot.”

“Loved Torr Top Place! As a solo older lady who wanted to visit Manchester’s Christmas markets, this was a perfect base. The kitchen was well equipped, sitting room cozy, bathroom modern, and everything immaculate. Uber transport was readily available and Sainsbury’s (local grocer) was a short walk away. “What a lovely stay we had at Russell Retreat! The place was super clean and very cosy. The location's perfect too, close to the center of the town as well as to the station and grocery stores. Some tips: for us, the blanket for sleeping was too small. It was also not entirely clear where we could find extra towels (we were staying for a week). Pans in the kitchen were heavily used and frankly dangerous to use (PFAS). We picked the place because it has a beautiful kitchen, but bought two new pans……

"Location is good. The checking process was not good. People need to scan QR code to fill in information by themselve, and its not so easy to fill in and take time. There is a question in the checking website about country, and it listed Taiwan, provice of China. Taiwan is not a provice in China. On the door wrote cleaning sevice need to book in app before 11 pm everyday, but I couldn't find where to book in app. so I asked reception to book cleaning service and they said they noted. But they even didn't empty the trash bin and the old towels were still there. "
