「Great spot in the heart of Austin. The mermaid place was very beautiful and cozy with the whole environment being a big piece of art, made of many smaller pieces of art. Amenities are excellent, but the futons on the floor were rough on my husband’s back. Other than that, the hosts were great and we enjoyed meeting Lois and Stan.Highly recommend Ubers or other ride-shares to get to local eateries because parking is difficult to navigate. Really enjoyed the scooters in the city! 」

「Once we found it - not easy because of trash can blocking gate - entry was straightforward. Parking and alley access were not an issue, but the alley itself was a little sketchy. Entrance needs some landscaping upkeep. Apartmnet was as shown in pictures. Nice kitchenette and appliances. Bathroom was very nice. AC worked well. Couch was a little large for the space and quite uncomfortable. The mattress on the bed is in serious need of replacement. The floor also needs some maintenance as...

「Very impressive small nice place. Super close to downtown Austin. My two sons and I stayed 2 nights. Great for a family of 2 or 3. Next to other nice similar houses and a metal scrapyard. We weren’t sure at first but it was great. Would absolutely stay there again. 」
