This was a birthday getaway for my husband and I. The suite was perfect for the 2 of us. It is close enough to town that we were able to dine out easily, yet tucked away in a hill country setting. It was great to have Wi-Fi service. There was a hot tub outside the bedroom, but we didn’t use it. The bathroom was large and the walk in shower was great. Very clean and comfortable. The only downside was that it had a well stocked kitchenette but no sink. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect hill country getaway!

This place was perfect! Beautiful accommodations and very spacious. It was very quiet and private. Gorgeous hill country around it! We will definitely be back.

Anniversary Stay-cation

We had a lovely 2 night stay-cation. The host is polite and quickly responded. The shower is very nice with 2 shower heads. And of course the personal hot tub was a great perk! We were able to grill outside. There is a patio separate for your side that is private. Your hot tub is private as well. We will return!

This cottage was fantastic. Cute , very comfortable and the place was extremely clean. Communication was excellent with the host . Hot tub was great to have as well. This is a neat cottage and would definitely stay again .

Garden Suite

We were in Wimberley for a wedding in Driftwood. We were grateful to be able to bring our dog with us, our place was clean and comfortable.We would recomend Mystic Hill Suites to anyone.

We enjoyed this quiet cottage. It has lovely furnishings and the bed was so comfortable. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the large front porch. It is also convenient to Wimberley and San Marcos.

Room had spider webs in blinds. Dust was built up around A/C vents in room. Paths on the property were not maintained very well.

We enjoyed our stay! It IS a duplex. So yes you do share a wall. But the other guests were quiet. There was a mix up at the beginning and the wrong door code was emailed to us, so we had to call. Cherri answered right away.

UGH I didn't have enough room. Stay was OK!

We have stayed in hotels/B&Bs all over the Hill Country. We stayed in the good, the bad and the ugly. This one is in a gray area between the good and the bad. This is an older propery. Fairly well kept. The furniture is cheap and unattractive. The mattress was ok, just very loud when my husband would turn over. There were bugs...mind you mostly dead, but still bugs. Not a huge deal b/c it's in the middle of a tiny forest. We did enjoy our stay but I have suggestions: 1) Check all lights before guests' check-in. We had 3 bulbs out and it's pretty dark in the cottage. 2) Leave Kleenex for guests. Our hill co allergies were acting up and tp is no good for a runny nose. 3) It is off putting that you ask your guests to wash their dishes when there is not even a kitchen sink. We wanted coffee so badly but to have to use the tub and the tiny bathroom sink would have been a huge PITA. 4) Get new cushions for the patio. They were nasty and we had to cover them with the towels for the hot tub (which we couldn't use which is another story, but she reimbursed us for). 5) Bleach your jacuzzi tub. We were going to get in, but there were icky floaters that made us not want to use it. 6) Be sure your guests know that your pool is a small above ground pool behind your house. We checked it out and immediatley thought: "pool??" It was dirty and very small. Just a thought. 7) Add bird feeders! I was so happy to see so many birds and I'll bet if you added feeders the watching would be devine.
