If I could give this hotel a negative 10,000 rating, I would. While some of the staff were somewhat polite, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The breakfast area was very unclean, and the food was terrible. The cook was dressed in all black with a hoodie over their head, which did not appear professional and made us uncomfortable. We were so disgusted by the food that we couldn’t even eat. The room was also not properly cleaned—it was obvious the sheets had not been changed. On top of that, the TV didn’t work. The front desk staff attempted to fix it but were unsuccessful. I spoke with the manager, Melissa, who promised us a discount for the inconvenience. However, at checkout, we were still charged the full amount. When I tried to speak with her again, I was told she was unavailable. This was my first stay at Comfort Inn, and it will definitely be my last. I would not recommend staying here unless you have no other option. This was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had—poor service, lack of professionalism, and unacceptable cleanliness standards. Please reconsider before booking.

The Property is outdated. Rooms had broken items or items that were taped together such as the inside of the elevator. We were checked in a room that had a broken door and was not properly prepared and informed the room was technically OUT OF ORDER and should have not been available. Had to be provided another room that had a broken closet handle. Old refrigerator and cracked tub.

My girls and I stayed here for a softball tournament. The sofa bed was so incredibly disgusting. My girls said it looked like a murder had taken place on that mattress. We killed a roach in the bathroom and the faucet in the bathroom was rusted and nasty.

We have stayed here before, but will not be back. The first two days/nights we had a super helpful woman at the front desk. A/C was not working properly & we couldn't open our 1st floor window with no screen. AND it would not open anyway!!! Fire danger? She got the A/C on, but it never worked well until the temp outside dropped 20 degrees. We were there 5 nights total, requested housekeeping the 4th night (was supposed to get it after 3 nights) & was ignored. Had to ask for toilet paper, shampoo and a towel. Had to go to a laundry because the dryers were out of order. Outlets on the table between the beds didn't work. The breakfast was below average. One morning the gravy was taken away right as we arrived. The lady was trying to lave early. The next day, breakfast was much better. Overall, we were very disappointed.
