Step inside to discover a welcoming ambiance, where a spacious living area invites you to unwind with loved ones. Embrace friendly competition with a lively game of foosball, or venture outdoors to bounce on the trampoline or relax on the covered back patio, complete with ample seating and a BBQ grill for alfresco dining.

Inside, the large kitchen beckons aspiring chefs, equipped with a gas range, small appliances, and plenty of counter space for culinary creations. A dedicated workspace ensures productivity for remote work or study sessions.

With Smart TVs in every bedroom, movie nights are a breeze, while the family-friendly atmosphere ensures that guests of all ages feel right at home. As for parking the Garage is NOT accessible, it has the owners personal items in it but street parking is available along with the driveway. Please remember if on the street, be sure to leave 3+ feet from driveways.
