Home was decent could've been dusted a bit more. I loved the property but the landscaping could've been kept better, sandbox was empty, swing set was meh but we didn't go for those things we just wanted a weekend away. My kids enjoyed the pond and being able to catch and release fish.

What a great house and property. We were visiting the Caldwell area for a birthday party and reunion. This house fit our needs just right. Being dog friendly is a huge plus, as my dog enjoyed the wide open spaces of the yard and surrounding areas. We had a busy schedule outside the house so we didn’t get to use much of it, but what we did use was highly functional. The house is rustic, but in a charming way. I’d stay again.

This home was everything we needed. Fast response from the hosts for any need. We were in town for our nephews wedding and we stayed at this property for a short period of time but, we loved it and would recommend it. The only negative thing I could mention is the sliding barn doors do not offer as much privacy as I would have liked, but we were all family so it wasn’t a big deal. Very well appointed with everything we needed upon arrival and spacious, beautiful lawn was serene. Wished we would have stayed longer. Would love a reason to go back!

We had a great Anniversary weekend here. The property is beautiful and is well stocked with anything you might need. We had great communication with Jules. The only thing that we had a small issue with was the noise from the highway directly behind the property. Thank you and yes we will consider Booking again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at Begonia Manor. The property listing was 100% accurate. Nice big mowed yard that our dog enjoyed. Very private and clean. Jules, the host, was extremely accommodating and communication was great. I would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends. Thanks Jules!

Very cozy place that made you feel right at home from the moment you walked in the door. We are looking to return later in the year where we can enjoy the views more when the trees grass and pond are more visible.
