「 The hotel is not very clean.」

「It was what I look for in a place to stay. Staff was great room was very clean and the continental was really good. It was everything I look for in a hotel. My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience.」

「I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. 」

「The reservation was for a two bed room but the hotel reserved a one bed room. With who was with me I needed two beds. The desk person said he could give a room with a pull out sofa but then put me in a room with one bed. 2 1/2 hrs later I had a room with a pull out sofa and it was close to midnight. 「Close to games, clean and quiet even with several kids on site. Well maintained. Nice on/off proximity to interstate and helpful staff. Would definitely book again!」

「Right across from airport. Quite a few options for cafes. Hotel appears to be newly renovated as it smelled of fresh paint. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had some issues with our TV and immediately came up to the room to fix it. Hotel is not close to Riverwalk or downtown areas so will need to drive to them.」

「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」

The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there. And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends.
