From the time we arrived the staff at amaika took great care of us. The food was delicious the drinks refreshing and the hotel was lovely. Conveniently located close to the beach and right across the street from the shops. It was all we could ask for. Will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Htop Amaika. Rooms are spacious and cleaned every day, food was great with lots of choices. The small and crowded pool could use some maintenance (sunbeds, tiles and showers around the pool were outdated). With this many guests having such a small pool is a disadvantage, but the location and proximity to the beach is a big plus!

We really enjoyed the tapas and the regular meals. The pool was nice and we enjoyed the drinks. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The glass elevator was awesome. One thing that could have been an improvement would have been an all inclusive sauna and hot tub/whirlpool. We weren't super pleased with having to make a paid reservation for this option.

Overall, it’s a nice hotel within walking distance to the beach, with friendly staff. Sandra, in particular, was very helpful during our stay. However, the shuttle service amenity described by the hotel is operated through a third-party company, which was not very reliable and made transportation somewhat inconvenient.

Another lovely holiday catching up with old friends & making new friends, the hotel is spotless lovely & clean the staff are fantastic, it’s a shame the food has taken a bit of a nose dive the food is not as good as it has been in other yrs, they used to cook fish & meat lunch & evening now they have been cooking either meat or fish on the chef grill! I will be going back later in the yr

Great property and location, really good value for money. The staff were really friendly and check in was speedy. Good sized room but would be great for a kettle or coffee machine. Some areas slightly dated but it has a lovely charm about it. Great experience in the bar area and the breakfast buffet was up there with the best I’ve ever experienced. Would definitely recommend, add an iron and a kettle and would be 5 stars for me.
