Someone made 2 absolutely beautiful swans out of towels, positioned their heads to shape into a heart and placed them in the middle of the bed. 「The location is a bit away from the town center, but the two level outdoor onsen is amazing. We experienced an issue about the air-conditioners; luckily, with the help of Takeshima san who is proactive and understanding, it’s solved.」

「The front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space and not overcrowded. The price was also very reasonable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a great value for the money.」

「Attendant at the front desk was more interested in getting back to their personal call, had 3 people in our room and only enough towels for 2 people. Went to shower and there was no shampoo in the shower. The air conditioner could only be controlled on the ac itself instead of the thermostats (not that big of a deal)」
