    House rules:
    Always communicate check in and out with the host and let us know if there’s any issues so we can assist you with it.
    No smoking or using recreational substances and drugs inside the unit. Any conduct of business illegal in nature will result in eviction and loss of the deposit.
    Pets are not allowed in the building
    Quiet hours is after 9pm -8am
    (building fines for the above minimum of 200$ may apply and will be charged to the guest)
    The unit has smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm that will activate when guests smoke inside.

We enjoyed an unforgetable trip to Calgary for an intrnational convention of Jehovah's Witnesses at the BMO. This property was the perfect location, within walking distance to the BMO. The bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable. The host was always quick to respond to any questions we had. They even dropped off more towels without us asking since we stayed for over a week. We will definately be back if our summer convention is in Calgary again. Traffic noise was the only downside but they provide complimentary ear plugs, as well as complimentary toohbrushes and toothpaste. Overall a great little place to stay!
