4BR Cozy Home in Evanston
Welcome to 2251 sqft home, built in 2017 and well maintained by the original owner all the way through. This house features of Central AC, 4 bedrooms with a laundry room on the second floor, open concept of living room and kitchen on the main floor, with a cozy working space. 15 minutes to YYC Airport, and 25 minutes from downtown of Calgary, crowded with restaurants and groceries stores. This house is a perfect choice for people who visit Calgary in short term in group.
The Main Floor - a spacious 10 ft high living room loaded with set of genuine leather sofa, equipped with Marshall Acton II Bluetooth speaker. An upgraded kitchen at the west side includes all stainless steel appliances, a set of solid mole wood dinning table and chairs. A furnished den and half bathroom provides sufficient space for people who needs to finish their work during a business travel. A water dispenser was provided for making coffee and drinking.
Second Floor - a king size bed for the master bedroom. Toilet, bathtub and a shower room are included in the full bathroom coming with a walk-in closet. Queen size beds are provided in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. An extendable twin bed which could turn into a king size bed is provided in the 4th bedroom, with a separate sheeted twin size mattress in the closet. There is also a high adjustable computer table in the 4th bedroom. This room is ideal for kids and children to enjoy their own space during the travel with their parents. The washer and dryer in the laundry room comes with iron and panel. A set of genuine leather sofa bed in the bonus room provide an extra bed if need. The TV was already set up the Netflix, Prime Video and Disney accounts.
Backyard - outdoor sofa bed and outdoor coffee table and chairs are provided. The outdoor BBQ grill and fire pit is not available for using due to safety concern.
Guest Access - guests will have full access to the main, second floor and the backyard, but not the garage and the basement.
Other things to note - please be advised there are people living within the legal secondary suite at the basement. Even though there are sound prove insulation added under the main floor, extreme loud noise could still affect people’s rest down there. There are no party, no smoking and no pets allowed in the property during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.
The water dispenser on the main floor is for drinking and making coffee only, please use the tab water for cooking.
