All front desk staff were unaproachable, Unwilling to listen to concerns Limited knowledge of building Evasive with answers to simple questions like where should we park Room card deactivated each day (definately not by us Towels and floor were dirty in our bathroom, we were told the room was definately cleaned Misrepresentation of access hours posted on exterior doors Will never retur or reccomend.

Check-in starts at *** 4 PM *** resulting in a long line of people attempting to do so. Waited 20 minutes in line only to find out that our room was not ready. After another 15 minutes requested an alternate room. They accommodated the request, however they did not update the system correctly so at 2:00 AM other people tried to enter our room and the key card worked for them! Thank goodness for the security latch! I would not recommend this accommodation based on the lack of front-desk staff resulting in long lines and the lack of cleaning staff resulting in a lack of available clean rooms.

Everything was old and broken. Phone was not working in the room. Shower was broken. Portable AC was not working. After more than 12 hours of very noisy running, dropped room temperature to 26C from 28c. We were not able to sleep due to heat in the room. There were no cloth hangers in the room. Ice machine was out of order. Gym water dispenser was out of order. When asked staff if tap water is drinkable, he replied, “I don’t know”.

I have spent one day but overall it's a good experience. Bed's are clean but not that much great. No hand wash available in the room. Mentioned, 24/7 service available but NO drinking Water after just few hours and mentioned out of stock.

Staff were so friendly! Rooms need a bit of an upgrade. Stained carpets. Our room was in the back behind a train station so it was quite noisy around 11pm.

When I booked through Expedia it showed 2 double beds and we ended up getting only one double bed. The AC didn’t work throughout the stay. The receptionist didn’t give water until we asked. There was no drinking water in the room. The bathroom was extremely dirty. Had a lot of fungus developed around the drain, I was so scared I ended up not showering there. I know I cannot expect much at that price. But drinking water, AC and cleanliness are extremely basic that anyone should provide if you want to own a hotel. Disgusting experience really.

Its proximity to the CTrain station was a major advantage, making our commute to the event venue very convenient. Before booking, I saw that check-in time was set at 4 p.m. So, I called the hotel to ask about an early check-in since we were traveling with a child. I was informed it could be accommodated depending on availability. When we arrived around 12 p.m., our room wasn’t ready. We were advised it would be ready at 3 p.m. The staff helpfully stored our luggage so we could explore the city. By the time we returned around 2 p.m., our room was ready, and check-in was quick. Throughout our stay, the staff were helpful. The room was equipped with basic amenities such as a microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and fridge, which made our stay more comfortable. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but I believe a few improvements could enhance the guest experience. There was a noticeable odor in the elevator and hallway, the sink and light holder in our room had some visible dirt buildup, and a stain on the ceiling. It would also be helpful if essentials such as room signs, drinking water, and a phone directory were readily available in the room, so guests don’t need to visit reception for every request. For example, we had to go to the reception to ask for a “Do Not Disturb” card because we didn’t want housekeeping in the room when we stepped out. Later at night, we had to go back to request for drinking water when we ran out of the one we brought.

The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful the whole stay. I was disappointed that there was no hot tub or breakfast. The room was very clean and hotel definitely was older. I would stay again but maybe farther away from LRTis was loud a couple times.

I stayed at this hotel before and didn't have many issues, but on this stay I had a few. The first was that my room card stopped working multiple times. Second, the equipment in the gym is in a state of disrepair - multi-gym machine & elliptical were both broken and there was no water in the water machine. Third, the wallpaper was coming off the wall in the hallway and none of the first floor exit doors are useable to re-enter the building.
