Price and service don't quite match. Actually a bit disappointing for the Marriott brand. When booking our two-night stay, I also booked breakfast for two on each of the days. Expedia got express confirmation from Marriott that breakfast for two was included in the price. On arrival I was told by the lady at the desk that breakfast was not included, even though I showed her the hotel confirmation. She mentioned that the account did show a $50 credit on the account, however she did not have a clue what this was for. She did not clarify.
Not being satisfied with this, I returned to the front desk later and was told that this credit was a use-it-or-lose-it credit which we could use for breakfast in the attached restaurant. With the prices they charge, we both had ONE breakfast with a bowl of yogurt and a coffee each. So we got confirmation for two breakfasts and ended up getting only one. To top it off, the waitress in the restaurant was rude and made us feel unwelcome. As if we needed to apologize for being there in the first place.
As to cleanliness, It really bother me that there were still pee stains on the outside of the toilet bowl. Not happy overall.
