Other things to note
Private Suite & Soundproofing- There are tenants living in the basement suite, which is completely separate and has its own private entrance, heating, and ventilation system. You won’t have access to the basement, and they have no access to your space. Their presence won’t impact your stay in any way.

There is no Air conditioning for this house. (All bedrooms are provided with fans.)

Construction Notice – Since the neighborhood is newly developed, there may be occasional construction noise during the day. Exterior landscaping and backyard work is not completed and may happen during your stay. However, no interior unit access is required.
