Cozy Main Floor Suite, 3bdr-5ppl, practical & great city access
This Main Floor Suite is planned keeping in mind functionality and spaciousness. 5 people maximum occupancy. With access to the backyard (via front door) you can enjoy a relaxing time on a deck. It has easy access to major routes (Glenmore, Deerfoot & Peigan), it only takes 15 min by car to downtown and major South East Corporate Offices. The space The Kitchen Kitchen is ample and fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals. Find a lot of cabinetry and countertop space, fridge/freezer, OTR microwave, oven and stovetop, giving you space to store your food and the means to cook it. There is a table for 4 to have a nice breakfast or snack any time of the day. Help yourself with washer & dryer in the kitchen.
The Bedrooms You will have adittional privacy with a half bathroom in the main bedroom. There is a working space with HDMI 19" monitor in each bedroom.
Living Room Comfortable, spacious with lots of natural light, windows with blackout curtains for warmth and extra privacy.

Check in was really easy. Communication was great. Was under the impression it being a Vrbo that we would be the only people there. Really wasn't comfortable with all the different male downstairs coming and going.
The hosts were great. Would definitely stay here again. It was in close proximity to everything we needed. The house has a nice AV system but not having brought a laptop we could not use it and there is no other television in the home.
The location is a little far from downtown, but fortunately Calgary bus 24 goes right by the house and takes us straight to Stampede grounds and downtown.The house is well maintained and clean, and we had the whole main floor, but you have to remember the basement is also rented out...and they ask for quiet. We really weren't loud, but I guess any sound was transferred through the floor.

It was an ok place to stay. Check in was fine. The tenants downstairs smoke pot and we didn't realize and could smell it anytime they smoked and the windows were open. One toilet was not clean, the microwave, toaster over and some dishes (that were put away) were not cleaned. Dishes I assume from a previous stay were left in the sink (clean?). Overall it was ok but not the best place we stayed in.
We are from the US and we came up to Calgary for the stampede and the host of this property accused me and my group that booked the trip of having a party and inviting over guests that were not included in our booking agreement. The “uninvited” guest was an uber eats delivery person late on night after getting back from a concert…. And the disruption of having a “party” was an uber driver taking us to the stampede and dropping us off later that night. The host didn’t talk to me or my group to ask us what happened or why he just went straight to accusations and “violating house policy” Extremely unprofessional and childish behavior from a host.
