Stylish and comfortable one bedroom condo with beautiful high rise views of the downtown skyline.

This condo is located in the heart of the Beltline. Walking distance to everything such as restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores and all popular/trendy avenues. 5 minute drive to river, Stampede grounds and the Saddledome.

Please be aware the front doors of the building lock at 10pm. If you are arriving later than this, there is a late check in fee.

Sad property

This a very unloved property. When I arrived, the place looked like hasn’t been vacuumed or dusted in a while. Scratched furniture, trims missing or falling, uncomfortable bed and polyester sheets. I had the misfortune to stay for 50 days, very, very long days. The location is good, a little too close to tracks, and great parkade.
