Our home is more than just a place to stay – it’s a thoughtfully designed space where you can truly unwind. The bright, open-concept main floor feels clean and uncluttered, providing plenty of room for your group to relax and connect. Here’s what makes our home special:

- Spacious & Family-Friendly Layout: With 3 cozy bedrooms (featuring king and queen beds) and 3 bathrooms, our home is perfect for families and groups. Enjoy fresh linens and fluffy towels for a comfortable stay.

- Modern, Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare meals with ease in the kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, an island, and provided coffee and tea supplies.

- Relaxing Living Spaces: Gather in the comfortable living room for a movie night on the Smart TV with streaming services, or find extra space to unwind in the family room.

- Dedicated Home Office: A main floor office provides an elegant desk, chair, and bookshelf, creating a quiet and productive space for your business needs while you travel.

- Private Backyard Oasis: Step outside to your own private, enclosed backyard. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the fresh evening air after a day of exploring.

You will have private and exclusive access to the entire main house. This 2-storey building, including the office, kitchen, living room, family room, and all 3 bedrooms, is all yours to enjoy.
You also have exclusive access to the private, enclosed backyard.
Please note that the basement of the house is a separate, occupied unit with its own entrance and is not included in your rental.

Faultless stay: a beautifully clean and well-equipped property, with lots of room for the whole family to spread out. Quite far out from the downtown core, but proximity to Stoney Trail gives easy access to anywhere in the city, and decent local amenities within a 5 min drive. Great comms from a friendly host. Will absolutely try to stay here again when we're next in Calgary.

The house was spotless. A big mark against was that when we booked, it had 4 beds, which is what we were looking for for 4 women. When we checked in, there were only 3. After complaining, a cot was brought in. A cot so uncomfortable, one of us slept on the mattress on the floor. Mattress very thin. After that, we stripped the cushions off one of the couches and slept on that. Better.

The host was amazing to communicate with and quick to answer any questions we had. Check in was simple/easy, the whole house was immaculately clean, we were very impressed, towels smelled fresh lol WiFi was fast, we had no issues streaming My kid loved the games that were available (especially the Connect 4) Gani has literally thought of everything you would possibly need in this house (right down to the salt and pepper and coffee filters!) We 100% would recommend this place AND we will be staying here every time we come to Calgary to visit family!

Very clean. Well stocked kitchen, good knives and basic cooking items like OVLL, spices, salt/pepper were there. Bathrooms all had shampoo/rinse/ body wash.Bed comfy, pillows were not. The two double beds were impossible for our sons to share. Feel the two double beds are for two small children in each room and NOT ideal for adults. One adult per bed is more realistic. The master bedroom queen bed was fine for two. So four adults would be max or a family with 4 kids. One half bath is on the main floor. The two double rooms share a full bath and then the master has its own full bath. There are no sofa beds or other options. Master walk-in would be ideal for a baby needing a pack and play. Very large, dark and quiet. There is an upstairs tv open area which would be great for families with kids wanted two entertaining areas as there is another tv on the main with a full office. Adding a good quality sofa bed in this area would be an extra bed. A blender would be a much appreciated addition for morning protein shakes. We bought one as we are all athletic and like that extra protein hit everyday. Over all a very clean, very comfortable home away from home with excellent communication with owners. New clean furnishings.

Amount of beds were not accurate

Overall great place. The first night one of the guys had to sleep on a couch due to incorrect pictures and descriptions on the site but the owner did mention that this would get corrected and the bed for the 4th guy was dropped off the next day. Overall still recommended. Nice place.

Home away from home

We needed a longer term stay and this property provided us a great home away from home. Well stocked with all the basic amenities you could need for a short term or long term stay with loads of room on the main and 2nd floors. (Note: the online listing at time of booking described this as an entire house but didn’t indicate there is also a separate basement suite that is also being rented out.) The location mere steps from the river and a walking path in Fish Creek PP was wonderful. The neighbourhood is brand new on a quiet street. (There is, unfortunately, a lot of construction noise, especially from a constant caravan of gravel trucks along the main road which quiets down at night.) The hosts were wonderful to communicate with, answering all our questions promptly, ensuring that we had a great stay.
