This delightful two bedroom condo is located in the best location, offering large windows, with sun filled early afternoons, city skyline and beautiful mountain views.

Located just across the street from the condo you'll find bus stops, fitness studios, restaurants, cafes, a pub, bars and coffee shops.

You’ll enjoy being within close proximity to the downtown core, convention centres, Saddeldome, 17th Avenue, mission, grocery stores and more.

Note that this building requires an in person check-in. Please pre-arrange your arrival with our check-in agent prior to your check-in time. Check-ins after 10 PM will be subject to an additional fee or require a key pick-up from an alternate location.

The condo is located in the Beltline district, which is one of the most accessible districts in Calgary. Some of the best bars and restaurants are literally across the street (One of the best cocktail bars in town is in the building!). Close to the saddledome, minutes to downtown and the Red Mile (17th Ave), and a stone's throw from the river walks, parks, library, museums, and shopping.

Guests have access to the whole suite, designated parking stall and the shared building amenities, including a shared rooftop patio.

Walking into the suite you'll find an open living space with large windows. The condo has two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, kitchen and laundry space.

The kitchen has a dining table with seating for four, as well as all the essentials; (coffee, pots, pans, oil, salt/pepper). The kitchen and dining space flows nicely into the living area. This open floor plan makes it easy to cook, eat, relax, entertain and feel connected to the people you're travelling with.

In the living room you're able to access Netflix and will find cuddling up on the couch quite comfortable. The couch can be used as an additional sleeping space, should you wish to travel in a larger group.

In the bathroom you'll find towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair dryer and a combo bath/shower.

The primary bedroom offers a queen sized bed, lamp, shelf and closet. It also boats large windows which brighten up the space. The sliding fogged doors can be closed or completely opened up to allow you to watch TV from bed.

The second bedroom offers a double bed, closet and dresser.

The space is great for those travelling or anyone living in Calgary and looking for a date night. Instead of rushing home and having to come back downtown, pack a bag and get ready in the suite. You'll be able to walk to popular favorites such as 10 Foot Henry (1 min walk), The Allium (2 min walk), Native Tongues Taqueria (3 min walk), Two Penny (1 min walk) or the Saddledome (13 min walk). The best part?! You'll be able to skip the pricey cab ride and sleep in the next morning! Leaving you feeling refreshed. Use that extra time (and energy) to hit a fitness class (Hot Shop Yoga is just across the street!) or head to brunch to catch up with a friend.

Most hot spots are an easy couple of minutes of walking away. 7th Ave free transit zone is about 6 blocks away (10 minutes walking).

The suite is conveniently located within walking distance to many of the top restaurants, bars, event centres and main attractions. Travelling for work? Most people from the building walk to their offices!

We’re also steps from numerous bus stops and close proximity to the Victoria Park Stampede CTrain Station.

Seasonal A/C Notice: Please note that the building’s central air conditioning system is seasonally shut down during the winter months as part of standard building maintenance. During this period, A/C will not be available and cannot be turned back on until spring. Turning on the cooling setting may cause warm air to circulate instead.
