Very disappointing experience. We were supposed to check in at 5 PM, but we did not receive proper check-in instructions. We tried calling and messaging for around 2 hours and got no response, which made the check-in process very stressful. On our checkout date, there was no water, so we could not shower or even brush our teeth. We were never informed ahead of time that the water would be off because of construction. When we contacted them to ask for a partial refund or some form of compensation, they did not respond. The customer service was extremely poor, and I would not book with them again.
