Every things was perfect about our stay except the AC unit that was very noisy at night and kept us awake. The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and updated, the pool was well maintained, we even enjoyed the patio on the top floor to get pics of the city skyline.

The Hotel is very nicely situated downtown with access to the train, public parking and the Stampede grounds. It is very close to the homeless shelter so you have to be very careful at all times. The police are very diligent about Security and the Hotel also hires private Security. We have stayed here a few times because the rooms are clean, modern, and the staff are excellent.

Took over an hour to check in as there was a conference in town, only 1-2 staff helping. Do not expect to be able to use the underground parking. We were told we had to use the paid parking across the street. Clean hotel. Walking distance to Saddledome which was great.
